Day 1 Getting Started

Wow day 1....so it begins! I've had many first days in the dieting world...this time is different!!! I am going to stick to this. I have to stick to this. I know it's not going to be easy. Infact I know it is going to be very hard. I know there are going to be some days that I won't want to do this at all....but I have to!!! I want to reach my goals of having a fullfilled life! I've decided to not tell you what I eat each day...that is just boring...but I am going to tell you about my journey and useful things I find along the way. I downloaded an amazing app for the iphone to count calories it's called lose it. It's kind of the same concept as weight watchers. It tells you how many calories you can intake each day to lose weight and reach your goal weight. It doesn't do the "points system" and it's free! So I'll let you know later how much it actually helps. I really feel that it has the right idea as far as dieting because nothing is off limits as long as you don't go over your allowed calorie intake. It's like spending money. You can buy what you want but when you are broke you can't buy anything else! So here is to day one....The first day of the rest of my life!!!
